How do I setup my direct debit?

If you're having trouble setting up your Direct Debit, here are the most common reasons why and how to fix them.

1. The monthly amount looks incorrect

The amount shown is the full Travel Pass price divided by the number of monthly payments you’ve selected.

  • Check the payment term in the drop-down to make sure it’s the one you want
  • The total reflects all riders included in the purchase, so confirm the number of riders is correct

2. I can’t select the number of monthly payments I want

Your available payment options depend on your Travel Pass duration. We need to ensure the full amount is paid before the pass expires.

  • Annual passes offer more payment choices
  • Monthly options are limited to 3, 6, or 9 instalments depending on the pass type (annual/termly etc)

3. My Direct Debit is still pending

It’s normal for a new Direct Debit to take a little time to appear in your banking app.

  • Setup typically takes 3–10 business days
  • You’ll see the confirmation once your bank has fully processed it
