How do I find my pass or my bookings?
This article explains how to find your bookings, as well as how to print off your QR codes if required
Have you opened the Zeelo App or Web-app but cannot see the bookings / pass / trips you were expecting? Here's what to do:
1. Check you are logged in
- In the rider app, open the Account tab and check if you are logged in or not. If you're not, tap the Log in button at the bottom of the screen.
- On the web-app, if you see "Log in" in the top-right of your screen, it means you aren't logged in yet. Tap the button to log in.
- Make sure you log in using the same email address used to purchase the pass. Otherwise you will not see any passes in the rider app or the web-app.
2. Accessing your passes and bookings
Purchases of a Travel Pass or Ride bundle:
- In the rider app, your Travel Pass or Ride bundle purchases will be listed on the homescreen. If any bookings have already been made (either by you or automatically) they will be displayed at the top of the homepage.
- On the web-app, your Travel Pass or Ride bundle purchases will be listed in "My rides" (you can see this link at the top of the screen once you have logged in). If any bookings have already been made (either by you or automatically) they will be displayed at the bottom of the page when you scroll down.
3. Printing your ticket QR codes
Although you can always use the app to present your ticket to your driver, it's also possible to print off your ticket as a QR code to be scanned. This is particularly useful for children to use on school services
- Your pass purchase confirmation email should have a copy of your QR code attached
- Within the web-app, you can navigate to "My rides", select the pass you wish to download the QR code for, select "Boarding pass", then "Print or share pass" and a printable PDF will open for you
