How do I find my pass or my bookings?

If you have opened the Zeelo App or web-app and cannot see the bookings, passes, or trips you were expecting, the most common causes are being logged out or using a different email address than the one used to purchase. Follow the steps below to locate your passes and bookings.

1. Check you are logged in

• In the rider app, open the Account tab and check if you are logged in or not. If you're not, tap the Log in button at the bottom of the screen.
• On the web-app, if you see "Log in" in the top-right of your screen, it means you aren't logged in yet. Tap the button to log in.
• Make sure you log in using the same email address used to purchase the pass. Otherwise you will not see any passes in the rider app or the web-app.

2. Where can you find your passes and bookings?

Purchases of a Travel Pass or Ride bundle:

• In the rider app, your Travel Pass or Ride bundle purchases will be listed on the homescreen. If any bookings have already been made (either by you or automatically) they will be displayed at the top of the homepage.
• On the web-app, your Travel Pass or Ride bundle purchases will be listed in "My rides" (you can see this link at the top of the screen once you have logged in). If any bookings have already been made (either by you or automatically) they will be displayed at the bottom of the page when you scroll down.
  
  

3. How do you print your ticket QR code?

You can print your ticket as a QR code to be scanned — particularly useful for students travelling on school services — instead of presenting it digitally via the app. Your QR code is available from your pass purchase confirmation email or from My rides in the web-app.

• Your pass purchase confirmation email should have a copy of your QR code attached
• Within the web-app, you can navigate to "My rides", select the travel pass you wish to download the QR code for, then select "Boarding pass". You will then be able to "Print or share pass", and a printable PDF will open for you
