How can I claim my free early or late return pass?
When you want to book your child on the late/early return service after you have purchased an Annual or Termly pass.
About the late/early return process
After purchasing an Annual or Term Travel Pass, you may be eligible for a free pass that allows you to access an earlier afternoon or a late bus. Please note this is not available for all schools.
You will be sent information on how to redeem this if you qualify. Either our Customer Care team will apply this to your account for you, or they will provide a promo code for you to secure this via the booking page. If this has not been added and you cannot see this on your account, please contact us so we can investigate further.
How to manage bookings for late/early returns?
On days you have booked a late return trip, check whether your child also has an earlier return trip scheduled. If they do, remember to cancel this booking to ensure the driver is not expecting them for the earlier return, that the driver has an up-to-date manifest, and that you don't get notified that your child did not board the vehicle.
