How can I find my bus stop or route when purchasing a pass?
If your usual pick-up stop or route is not showing or appears to have been removed, this article explains the common reasons for these changes and how to find your new, updated stop location.
Context
Follow these simple steps to check which pick-up stops are currently available for your program.
Step 1: Go to your program page
Open the booking page for your program.
If you're not sure how to find your program page, see this article for guidance.
Step 2: Open the Stop Finder
Use the Stop Finder on your program page to view the available pick-up stops and find the closest option to your location.
If you need help using the Stop Finder, see this article for step-by-step guidance.
Can't find the pick-up stop you're looking for?
If a pick-up stop isn't showing on the map, there are a few things you can check:
- Check you're viewing the correct program page. Refer to the latest communications from Zeelo or your organisation to make sure you're using the most up-to-date booking link. For commute programs, the program page will usually only change if your organisation launches a different service.
- Check that the program is still active. Review the latest communications from Zeelo or your organisation to confirm that the service is still running.
- Check whether the stop has changed or been removed. Pick-up locations may occasionally be reviewed and adjusted based on demand or service changes. For example, schools may review their pick-up locations ahead of a new academic year. Check recent communications from Zeelo, your school or your employer for information about any changes.
If the stop you previously used is no longer available and you haven't received information about a change, contact your organisation for further guidance.
Alternatively, if Pick-up Stop Requests are available for your program, you can submit a request for a new stop to be considered. See our Pick-up Stop Request article for more information.
