How do I cancel or change a booking?

This article explains how to easily cancel or change your bookings with Zeelo

For a booking made via a travel pass or ride bundle

  1. Open the travel pass or ride bundle from your App home screen (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
  2. Find the booking you would like to change and tap "Edit" to open the pickup time selection screen
  3. If you want to change the time of your booking, select a different pickup time in the drop-down. Only trips with available capacity will appear for your to switch your booking too.
  4. f you want to cancel your booking, select the "Cancel" button.

For single or return bookings

  1. Find your booking on your App home screen (or "My rides" on the Web-app)
  2. Select "Change/Edit" to open the pickup time selection screen
  3. If you want to change the time of your booking, select a different pickup time in the drop-down. Only trips with available capacity will appear for your to switch your booking too.
  4. Unfortunately we don't currently support cancelling single or return tickets

Cut-off times for cancellation or changes

Please be aware that your organisation determines the cut-off time for cancelling or changing a booking. This will vary per service, but more information can be found within your booking page.

I have missed the cut-off time to cancel or change a booking

We're sorry that you weren't able to change your booking before the cut-off time. As a reminder, the cut-off time is decided by your organisation, and we cannot make changes when that time has lapsed
