How do I move a standard PM booking to a late trip?

If your child needs to travel on a late route instead of their usual PM trip, you can update or re-book the trip through the App or Web-App.

Scenario 1: Your Stop Is on the Same Late Route

If your stop appears on the same route number for the late service (for example, you normally use Route 1 and your stop is also on Late Route 1):

  1. Open the App or Web App.

  2. Navigate to My Rides.

  3. Locate your standard PM booking.

  4. Select the booking and move it to the late trip slot for that route.

This will update the existing booking without needing to cancel and re-book.

Please note: this is only applicable to programs that do not require separate late passes. Meaning you have 1 pass that covers you for both standard and late trips.

Scenario 2: Your Stop Is on a Different Late Route

If your stop appears on a different late route from your usual PM route:

  1. Open the App or Web App.

  2. Navigate to My Rides.

  3. Cancel your planned PM trip.

  4. Create a new booking on the appropriate late route required.

  5. Use your Unlimited Ride Bundle when placing the new booking to ensure your child is confirmed on the trip.

If you do not have an unlimited ride bundle and require access to this to secure a seat on a separate trip, please do get in touch with our team for further assistance here.

Important Things to Know

  • Late routes are mostly merged trips, which means they may not cover every stop that appears on the standard AM or PM routes.

  • Your usual AM or PM stop may not be included in the late service.

  • Before booking, you should check the timetable located within your program booking page to confirm which late route serves your stop.

  • Always book ahead of any planned late travel to ensure your child is included on the route.

  • If a booking is not in place, your child may not be scanned onto the vehicle, which could result in incorrect notifications being sent.
