How do I remove expired passes or bundles from my homescreen?

It's currently not possible to manually remove a Travel Pass or Ride bundle no longer in use from your homescreen.

This functionality is currently unavailable on our rider app and web app.

An expired Travel Pass will be flagged as "Expired" on the app homepage or in "My rides" on the web app. The ride bundle does not expire at present and will remain on your home screen.

The only way to remove them is to contact our team, so they can remove this pass from your account.
