How do I access my booking page

1. Search for your program

On the website

1. Go to zeelo.co
2. Type your school, workplace name, or passcode into the search bar.

In the Zeelo Rider App

1. Download the app for iOS or Android and type your program name or passcode into the search bar.

2. If you can't find your program

1. If your program doesn’t appear in the search results, your school or employer may have restricted access. Check your emails or communications for a direct link or passcode.
2. If you still can’t access your page, please contact your organisation (workplace manager or school admin team) for the correct passcode or access instructions.

3. Understanding passcodes

1. Some organisations secure their transport program with a 5-character passcode.
   If you receive the message “This bus program could not be found”, you may need to enter the passcode instead of the program name.
2. You should receive the passcode via email from Zeelo or your organisation.
3. If you haven't received the passcode, please reach out to your management team or school’s admin office.

4. Setting up an account for your child (school passes)

When accessing a booking page for school travel, you can choose how to set up your account:

Option A — You create the account (recommended for younger children)

1. Use your own email address, then add your child’s details during setup.

Option B — Your child creates their own account

1. Recommended for older students with smartphones. They can manage their own bookings and payments.

After logging in:

• If using your email: enter each child’s name and date of birth when prompted.

• If your child is using their own email: they must select their own name from the drop-down list when asked who is travelling.

This ensures the correct name appears on the boarding pass and on the driver’s manifest.
