What do I do if I was late to my stop?
If you or your child arrive late to the pick-up point, the vehicle may have already left. We instruct drivers to depart on time so the service stays reliable and keeps to the pre-agreed timetable
Can I change or refund the trip?
Unfortunately missed trips can’t be changed or refunded if you arrived late to the stop.
Want to suggest a timetable improvement?
If the current timetable creates challenges, for example your child needs extra time or relies on additional transport to reach the stop, you’re welcome to share your concerns by raising a stop request.
Please note that not all services support stop requests. When services do support them, we will review suggestions with your organisation periodically, however we can’t guarantee the outcome.
