How do I log-in to my account?

This article explains the multiple different options we offer to login with when creating a Zeelo account

Which email address should I use with Zeelo?

If possible make sure to use an email address recognised by your organization, as this will ensure you are not blocked if the transportation program is restricted to specific email addresses only - though this isn’t the case for all programs.

How to login with Zeelo?

Zeelo offers several options to login to ensure our users can login as quickly as possible to the rider app.

Continue with email

When you use the “Continue with email” option, you will first be asked to provide an email address. The system will check if any account already exists for this email.

  • If an account already exists, you will be asked to provide a password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the “Forgotten password” link to request a link to be sent to your email inbox and reset your password.
  • If no account exists with this email, you will asked to create an account by providing personal details such as your name and phone number.

Once this is complete you will redirected to the app home screen or the “My rides” page on the web-app.

Continue with Google

When you click “Continue with Google”, you will redirected to Google to select which of your existing Google accounts you wish to use to login. After logging in successfully, you will be returned to our app and be asked to provide any key details that might be missing in your account.

Continue with Apple

“Continue with Apple" uses your Apple ID to log to Zeelo. When you select this option, you can decide to hide or share the email address linked to your AppleID to Zeelo:

  • Share my email: Zeelo will record your email. We recommend using this option with Zeelo to ensure you receive all alerts about your trips and updates relating to your transportation program.
  • Hide my email: Zeelo will not be able to see your email address (we will store your details in a format such as “123456@privaterelay.appleid.com”). Apple will forward emails to your active inbox, but only if you have not disabled the forwarding feature. 
  • Apple's own spam filtering may also block some emails from reaching your real inbox. For this reason, we do not recommend using this option as you may not receive alerts about your trips and updates relating to your transportation program.

Continue with Facebook

When you use “Continue with Facebook”, you will redirected to Facebook to confirm that you wish to use your Facebook account to login with Zeelo. Zeelo will not access any information from your Facebook profile beyond basic contact information. After logging in successfully, you will be returned to our app and be asked to provide any key details that might be missing in your account.

SSO Login

Please use the “Continue with email” option. After you have entered your email, the system will check if your email address domain should login via your company’s SSO. If this is the case, you will be redirected to your company’s chosen SSO provider, and if you can login successfully, you will be returned to our app and be asked to provide any key details that might be missing from your account.
