How do I check my bus's location if it's delayed?
We’re sorry your bus is running late. Here’s how to check its location and understand how we manage delays.
How do we monitor delays?
We track every trip in real time through the driver’s app activity. If there’s a delay, our system alerts us immediately. Our team then works with the driver and operator to understand the cause and keep the service moving.
If there’s a disruption, we’ll contact you proactively and share updates so you know when to expect your vehicle.
How can you get the latest information?
1. Check your pickup details
Make sure your booking date, time and stop are correct in the Rider app, on the web, or in your confirmation email.
2. Track your vehicle live
Use live tracking in the Rider app or on the web to see your vehicle’s exact location.
If tracking isn’t working, please speak to us to learn more about tracking.
3. Stay updated during delays
For significant delays, we’ll send updates via push notifications, SMS or email. These will include your vehicle’s location and any alternative arrangements (if required).
To receive updates, please ensure that:
- Push notifications are enabled in the Rider app
- Your mobile number is correct in your account settings
