My partner created the account and paid for our child's travel pass / ride bundle. How can I also have access to our child's pass / details on my phone?

The functionality of managing a child's pass / bookings / details between 2 parents is not currently supported on our platform but the second parent can be added as a follower to get updates on trips and access to tracking.

We're sorry but the ability for 2 parents / guardian to be managing the same child from separate accounts isn't currently available on the Zeelo platform at the moment.

What you can do to improve your visibility as the second parent / guardian:

  • The second parent / guardian can be added as a follower to receive update when the child's boards the vehicle, disembark and get access to a link to track the vehicle. Go in the Travel Pass or Ride bundle screen and select "Follower". The account holder can add up to 3 followers to their account. See this article.
