My partner bought our child’s travel pass. How can I access it on my phone?
The functionality of managing a child's pass / bookings / details between 2 parents is not currently supported on our platform but the second parent can be added as a follower to get updates on trips and access to tracking.
At the moment, it’s not possible for two main account holders to manage the same child under one Zeelo account. Each account is linked to a single login (email address), which means there can only be one primary account holder.
However, you can add up to three followers to your account. Followers receive email updates when your child boards or disembarks the vehicle and get a link to track the journey in real time.
