My partner bought our child’s travel pass. How can I access it on my phone?

The functionality of managing a child's pass / bookings / details between 2 parents is not currently supported on our platform but the second parent can be added as a follower to get updates on trips and access to tracking.

We're sorry but the ability for 2 parents / guardian to be managing the same child from separate accounts isn't currently available on the Zeelo platform at the moment. There can only be one log in (email address) per account.

However a parent / guardian can be added as a follower to receive updates when your child/children board the vehicle, disembark and get access to a link to track the vehicle. The account holder can add up to 3 followers to their account. Please see this help guide on how to do this.
