How do I request a new stop, or receive an update on an existing request?
This article explains the process for both requesting new stops and checking for updates on your existing requests
Your organization may choose to enable a feature that allows you to request new pick-up stops. This feature isn’t automatically active for every program, so it may not be available on yours.
If the feature isn’t enabled, we can’t accept stop requests through any other channel. Please speak directly with your organisation if you’d like this option to be activated.
Follow these steps to explore this feature:

Once you have access to your booking page, open the map & list of stops.
If the functionality to request stops has been activated by your organization or school, you will see a button which says "Request new pick-up". Please tap this button and fill out the form.
After suggesting a new stop, we will review the requests with your organization periodically, and they will decide if they want to explore the route change.
When will I get an update on my stop request?
Stop requests for school services may be reviewed more quickly ahead of a new school year. Any requests submitted after this period will be reviewed - and, if approved, introduced - in line with school break periods.
Stop requests for all other services can take some time to review, as we work with your employer and the bus operator to assess feasibility and complete the required safety checks. In some cases, this process can take up to 90 days.
We’ll update you as soon as the request has been reviewed and your organization has confirmed whether the stop can be added and when it could launch.
