What's the best ticket option for me?
Find out what journeys your pass covers, where it can be used, whether it’s valid for one-way, return, or both directions, and the times of day it can be used (morning, afternoon, or evening).
We offer a range of ticket options designed to suit each rider's unique travel needs.
Please note: The pass types available for purchase depend on your organisation’s specific program and the options they have chosen to offer.
Each Zeelo bus ticket is linked to one specific pick-up stop and one drop-off stop. If you or your child needs to travel to or from multiple stops across different routes, you will need to access separate passes. This helps prevent incorrect notifications and ensures seats remain available for other riders.
ℹ️ Please note -If your child occasionally uses different stops along the same route, the driver will still allow them to board or disembark at any stop on that route. However, this may temporarily trigger a notification stating that your child “did not board.” This will automatically update as the journey progresses to confirm they boarded at a different stop.
Ride bundles
- This pass type allows you to purchase a specified number of credits for use. A bundle (in any specified amount) is a preset amount of rides that can be used flexibly.
- 1 ride in a single direction = 1 credit.
- You can travel in both directions using this pass.
- You will need to book a seat, a ride bundle will not auto allocate/book a seat.
- Credits are valid for the duration of the program. For schools, that means they will expire at the end of the school year and can't be carried over to next year.
Ride bundles offer an "Auto-top-up" feature, which can be toggled-on to keep your bundles topped-up with credits. This feature will only be available if your employer has chosen to enable it for the program. If it is not available, you will need to add credits to your Ride bundle manually.
Travel passes
- Travel passes allow you to travel within a period of time (these pass dates are shown when booking). For Commuters, these are usually valid for the entire duration of the service. For schools, they tend to cover a full term or academic year.
- Once purchased, you can use a Travel pass to book trips for all the days included in the specified date range.
- School Travel Passes: Great for regular users and peace of mind with guaranteed bookings. The school typically enables the "Auto-booking" feature, ensuring that students are automatically scheduled for trips each day. Certain schools/colleges may not travel every day and ask you to book only the trips you need. If you notice that only a limited number of days are visible in your travel pass, it may be because the team schedules trips just a few days or weeks in advance. Rest assured, as additional trips are scheduled, you will be automatically booked for those as well.
- Travel Passes for All Other Services: Bookings need to be made manually, as your preferred travel times may vary.
Single/ Returns (or Round-trip) - also referred to as "Day Pass".
- These allow you to book one-off trips on a specific day & time.
- They can be on the same or different days & need to be booked before the booking cut-off time chosen by your organisation.
- They cannot be cancelled, but they can be rescheduled for another day if your plans change, as long as you change them before the cut-off time.
- Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to check the cost of a travel pass, ride bundle, or daily ticket?
This depends on the stops selected and the number & types of passengers. You will need to select this information on the booking page for the price to get calculated.
If you have a promo code to use, you can type it and apply it on the checkout page.
