If you've missed a direct debit payment, we will automatically try to take the payment again over the next few days. Please make sure there are enough funds in your bank account for the retry. If the payment fails again, your direct debit will be cancelled and your pass will be suspended. To continue travelling, you will need to buy a new pass through the booking page. If you've already made partial payments on this direct debit, please contact our Customer Care team so we can help you set it back up |
