How do I manage tracking on my booked service?

This article explains how to track your vehicle on a booked service

Instructions for tracking your vehicle once you've booked onto a trip:

  1. You have to book onto a trip to be able to track the vehicle, unlss your service is designed to automatically allocate you a seat.
  2. The vehicle tracking becomes available when the driver starts the trip in the driver app. As soon as it's available you will see a Track Vehicle option next to the trip.
  3. Tapping "Track vehicle" will open a live map which shows your bus's current location in real time, so you will know exactly where your ride is and when it will arrive.
  4. If tracking is unavailable, this will say "Tracking not available on the trip." It usually means the driver has not started the trip yet in the driver app or they might be driving through an area of low signal.
  5. Have your pass handy ready to be scanned by the driver.
