How do I request a new stop location?
Is your stop too far? Here is some information on how to request a nearer stop location
Your organisation has the option to activate a helpful feature that lets employees or students request new pick-up locations. Keep in mind, this feature isn't automatically turned on for all programs, and it might not be available on yours.
Follow these steps to explore this feature:
⚠️ This feature is only available on the web-app for now.
Once you have access to your program page, open the map & list of stops.
If the functionality to request stops has been activated by your organisation or school, you will see a button "Request new pick-up". Please tap this button and fill out the form.
After suggesting a new stop, we will review the requests with your organisation periodically, and they will decide if they want to explore the route change.
When will I get an update on my stop request?
Please note that this process can take time to complete, as we will need to work with your employer/school and the bus operator to assess the feasibility and complete a risk assessment of the new pickup.
We will let you know the outcome of their decision as soon as your employer or school can validate the change and launch timeline. Please note that this change is not guarenteed.
