How can I turn off email notifications?

Information on email notifications

There are certain emails that are mandatory and will always be sent to your registered email address. These emails typically include important account updates, booking confirmations, safety notifications, or any alerts related to your child’s journey. They are essential for ensuring you stay informed and can access all necessary information about your account and services.

Email notifications:

  • Pass or ticket purchase confirmation (including Auto Top-up & Direct Debit updates)
  • Bookings confirmation
  • Upcoming booking reminder
  • Trip has started
  • If you are a follower (e.g you follow a child's travel updates):
    • Boarding confirmation
    • Non-boarding alerts
    • Confirmation of arrival at destination

Updates about your trip sent by our Operations team will be sent your email and phone (app notification or SMS)

App notifications:

These will be sent by SMS if rider app notifications are disabled on your phone, or if you don't use the rider app.

  • Updates sent by our Live Operations team including the following information:
    • Delays on your trip
    • Updates if tracking isn't working
    • Vehicle issues (breakdown, accidents, ...)
    • Replacement vehicle updates

💡 Zeelo’s primary notification method is via email. We are currently working on providing the option between email and push notifications across our platform for account holders. When this functionality has become available in future, we will provide families with an email update containing all the relevant information.
