How do I notify the driver that my child has changed stops today?

If your child is booked on a route and needs to get on the bus or drop off at a different stop on a specific day, please explain to the driver your reason.

As long as your child is booked on the trip, please explain to the driver the special circumstances forcing your child to get on or get off the bus at a different stop that day. This should not happen often, as the driver might be waiting for your child, which could cause delays.

If you need to change the stops linked to your travel pass for the remainder of the term/year, please contact our team, as it is not currently possible to edit the pickup and drop-off linked to your pass.
