How to add a follower to your account

Guide on how to add up to 3 followers to track your child's journey. 

Q: What is the difference between an ‘Account Holder’ and a ‘Follower’?

A: Definitions for an account holder and followers can be seen below.

Account Holder: this is the person who creates the Zeelo account. This person will take the lead for all things within the account e.g. booking passes, editing/cancelling trips, altering bookings, receiving email notifications, live tracking (in-app and on the web).


Followers: up to 3 ‘followers’ can be added within a Zeelo account (the main account holder will be one, but there is space for two additional followers). A follower will receive email updates regarding a journey that is taking place now, and be sent a vehicle tracking link via email, this link will allow you to view live tracking through the Zeelo website. Followers cannot make/alter bookings.
