About the late/early return process
After purchasing an Annual or Term Travel Pass, you may be eligible for a free pass that allows you to access an earlier afternoon or a late bus. Please note this is not available for all schools.
You will be sent information on how to redeem this if you qualify. If this has not been added and you cannot see this on your account, please contact us so we can investigate further
How to manage bookings for late/early returns?
On the days you have booked a late return trip, check if your child also has a return trip booked on the earlier return. If they do, remember to cancel this booking to ensure the driver is not expecting them on the earlier return, has an up-to-date manifest, and you don't get notified of your child not boarding the vehicle.
