How can I link my account to my children so they can view their pass & bookings?

My child has a smartphone. Can they access their bookings and pass?
Zeelo does not currently offer a "child account experience" on the Zeelo app or web-app.
The pass, bookings linked to the account (e.g account by the parent) are only visible by logging in to this account.
If you need to share the QR code with your child, they do not necessarily need to use the Rider App for this, please read on.
What If My Child Doesn’t Have a Smartphone?
If your child cannot access a smartphone or tablet, don’t worry—you can still ensure they’re ready to board for their journey. We understand that not every child has access to digital devices, and that's why we have made it simple for you. After purchasing the pass for your child, you can easily print the QR code directly from your account on our website. This printed version serves as a valid boarding pass and can be shown to the driver. The driver will scan the QR code just as they would with a digital version, ensuring a seamless boarding experience.
Please note that while we strive to accommodate all our users, the issuance of physical passes may vary depending on the specific school’s policies. In most cases, we do not provide physical passes; instead, the QR code serves as your child’s ticket for travel. The QR code is reusable, meaning it remains valid across all of your child’s bookings. Therefore, once you print it, you do not need to print it again for subsequent trips, making it a convenient option for parents.
