I have joined a waiting list because the vehicle / bus is currently full. When will I get an update?

You have put your name or your child / son / daughter name on the route waiting list. Here's what's happening from now.

We understand that you're worried how you or your child will get to their workplace or school.

When a route gets sold out, it is because the vehicle contracted by your organization has been filled up and there are no more seats available.

Zeelo gets alerted of users joining the waiting list and will take it to the employer / school for them to decide if they want to increase the vehicle capacity (which usually involves paying more for the vehicle). Once the decision is made Zeelo will do their best to source a larger vehicle as quickly as possible from our large network of operators.

We will alert you by email as soon as possible about the outcome of this decision and what you should do.
