What types of notifications will I receive for my child's trip?

Here are all the notifications you can expect to receive if you have been added as a follower on the account.

A notification will be sent before 45 minutes before your trip begins. This notification includes a live tracking link so that followers can view your child's journey in real time. Please see an example below -

Once your child boards, you’ll receive a notification confirming they’re safely on the vehicle. You can then track their journey in real time and stay updated until they reach their destination.

ℹ️Please note - the notification will be issued once the driver leaves the stop. The trigger of a notification being sent requires a GPS signal, so a loss of signal may delay certain notifications. See here for more information.

When your child arrives at school and safely exits the vehicle, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation notification. This ensures you’re always informed when your child has reached their destination and is safely off the bus.

What should I do if I'm not receiving notifications? Please check your email spam folder first. If you're still not receiving notifications, make sure you have been added as a follower, see article here.

ℹ️ Zeelo’s primary notification method is via email. We are currently working on providing the option between email and push notifications across our platform for account holders. When this functionality becomes available in future, we will provide updates containing all the relevant information.
