I want to know if a pass can be used for two different pick up stops, different drop offs or different routes
When you purchase a pass (Travel pass, Ride bundle or Single/Return), your pass is tied to a pickup and a dropoff stop. You currently can't amend the stop in the rider app or web-app.
Sometimes your plans change, or it might be more convenient to use a drop off stop that's different from the stop you use as a pick up.
Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to amend the stop linked to your travel pass on an ad hoc basis, nor it is possible for the pick up to be different from the drop off.
It is possible to amend the stops linked to your pass (as long as the stop used as the morning pick up is the same as the afternoon drop off) but we would need to assess the request in line with the program's zonal pricing and the program's policy.
