Applying a bursary code after buying a pass

Bursaries are awared by the School/College and may take time to be processed when the school year starts. We ask that you purchase your pass and pay for this until your Bursary amount is awarded so your child can travel.

Once you have confirmation of your bursary award, we’ll need to cancel your current pass and direct debit (if applicable) and refund any payments you have made.

After we have cancelled, we will then ask you rebook the pass and enter your promo code at checkout.
