Here's what to check when your pickup / dropoff is affected by a road / street / route closure
If we are aware of a road closure that's affecting your pickup, you should have received an update letting you know where you new pickup will be located.
Please check the following places for updates first before contacting us:
- Your program booking page
- Your email inbox or SPAM folder. We will know which users are impacted by a road closure and should have updated you in due course.
- Your employer / school transportation page
If you believe we may not be aware of this route closure, please get in touch with our team ASAP so we can plan an alternative pickup with our operator partner and drivers.
