When will I get an update on the status of my pick up stop request / application?

Please refer to your stop request or stop application email confirmation to understand when a decision will be provided.

Please note that this process can take time to complete (up to 90 days) as we will need to work with your employer/school and the bus operator to assess the feasibility and complete a risk assessment of the new pickup. 

Please your Stop request confirmation email that will explain the process of reviewing stop request and providing status updates. The email will indicate when you can expect a decision to be made.

We will let you know the outcome of their decision as soon as your employer or school can validate the change and launch timeline.

Our customer care team isn't able to provide updates on our requests, as this decision is reviewed by your School / Employer, but we're here to help with anything else you might need.
